Enjoyed the spacious and clean Studio Suite with Two Queen Beds, perfect for my family. The kitchenette was functional, allowing us to prepare meals easily. Breakfast featured fresh waffles that everyone loved. However, housekeeping was a letdown. Despite the promise of daily service, our room wasn't cleaned during our 4-night stay. We had to put our trash in the hallway, which was picked up eventually, but it felt neglected. The hotel also ran out of basic breakfast items quickly, leading to long waits for refills. Additionally, the elevator's ice machine needed attention. it was out of service, which was inconvenient when we had to go to the lobby for ice. Overall, it felt like a hotel that needed more staff training and management oversight.

The room had all the necessary amenities and the staff did help with our son’s food allergies, took notes to check ingredients. One night, my brother's kids wanted a late snack and the kitchen was surprisingly flexible about it, opened it up for them to grab what they wanted.

It wasn't inexpensive but still tolerable.

during my weekend stay, I was impressed with how close the hotel is to both Eagle Creek Park and Northwestway Park, offering beautiful walking trails and scenic views right at my doorstep, making my city strolls truly enjoyable and relaxing.

Just a fitting option for a weekend rest in Indianapolis with great value for the money. They opened up the kitchen unexpectedly for my brother's kids to snag a late-night snack, which was a nice touch.
